This basically amounts to a 3 year deal.

It's incredibly unlikely that this contract will be as is in 2016.

Flacco's side did this to force Ravens to do one more big contract
when Joe is 31.

Ravens basically locked up their franchise guy for next 3 years,
setting the price higher for others while protecting themselves
