Today, Agent Deadpan begins investigating the man known as "Aguirre". He's supposedly a good, upstanding man - the head of a Middle Eastern charity group known as the "Good Samaritans".

But nothing is as it seems. Aguirre is a wanted criminal, and the Good Samaritans are a front for an international smuggling ring with ties to the American government. Who is Aguirre really working for?

More importantly, what are they trying to accomplish!?
