White House official: China, US continuing trade talks

Top White House Economic Adviser Larry Kudlow says Beijing and Washington continue to hold discussions on trade. Kudlow said the US is aiming for "zero tariffs, zero non-tariff barriers, zero subsidies." He also said China should stop the alleged theft of intellectual property and technology transfer. His remarks come as US President Donald Trump's threats of more tariffs, another 200 billion US dollars in Chinese goods, remains a possibility.
