Panasonic FV-08VQ5 Fan. When I remove old fan there was surprise - just above the fan BLACK PLASTIC PIPE. And good news - it's air vent pipe, not a drain. So, no problem to reconnect/replace it around the fan box. Установка вытяжки в туалете.
