Between the two streams, I spent about eight hours with this character and still feel like I barely scratched the surface. It's very difficult to give a short version of how I think this character should be played, so I strongly suggest actually watching through this stuff if you're really interested, but what I can say is that you don't have to respect his on block flamingo transitions as much as you might think, despite many of them being +3 or +7. When he goes into flamingo at +9 is where things start to change, and you have to be a bit more cautious. If he does connect with most of his flamingo transitions however, Hwoarang's opponent had better get ready to guess.

Not sure which character is next yet, but hope you peeps are looking forward to it!
