If you could have your dream job, what would it look like? Where would it be? How would it function? Make a list and provide as much detail as possible. Here are some hot topics that I'd address in my dream job: 1. Pay 2. Nurse:Patient ratios 3. Human resource details: holiday, CEU, leave, vacation, etc. 4. Geographic location 5. Patient population Write down an itemized list of all the things that would make up your dream job. Now... the real question is.... Are you working that job now? Why Not?
