Partial transcript of text that appears in the vid:
' Keene has a colorful resident named Bradford Hutchinson. He calls (or called) himself The King of Keene. On the downside, he is accused of laying hands on freedom folk there. I see him near city hall & ambush interview him. (GAP) Assault or no, the music Garret is blaring is way annoying! He's apparently blasting it from mobile speakers. Interferes with video, and though it would still be wrong, I'm surprised someone hasn't hit him over the noise, rather than over feeding meters! '

Some or all the video and audio in this clip is probably available for you to use. You can use it commercially or however you like.
Basically anything that was shot by me or was public domain to begin with. Until further notice my stuff is automatically
released into the public domain. Usually if I shot it... "RidleyReport.com" or "YouTube.com/WinWinParty" will appear at the bottom. Anything...which has that super or was obviously shot by me, is public domain.
