Today, we purchased our first box of Enjoy Life Foods Snickerdoodle Cookies. These cookies are baked in a dedicated facility that is free of the top 8 allergens: Peanut, Tree Nut, Dairy, Wheat, Egg, Soy, Fish & Shellfish. Their products are also free of Casein, Potato, Sesame and Sulfites. Jayden has a severe peanut allergy where the smallest amount of peanut found in a product causes Anaphylaxis. Finding store bought treats is very difficult and from my past experience, many taste like cardboard. So I wanted to capture Jayden's first bite and see just what a kid thinks of these cookies... they can't be good, right? I mean, they are missing so many ingredients! Boy, was I wrong... he loves them and I tasted it and was so surprised. They were MOIST, SWEET and SOFT! YUM! These really were awesome cookies and I don't think anyone eating one would ever guess it was missing so much! And if my kid loves it... ANY picky eater would love it! Thank you Enjoy Life Foods... awesome product! Now to get MORE varieties on my store's shelf!
