This is a video of my first fishing trip of 2017. It was filmed on January 16, I got off work early and couldn't pass up a chance to get on the water and try some new products. You know I believe its called FISHING FEVER. I caught two fish on a Ned rig: the first was a one pound perch and the second on the next cast a bass about the same size. I caught them on the Z man Finese T.R.D paired with Z man Finesse Shroomz Jig Head in 1/10 oz size. I had to keep bottom contact in order to get bite. I also had fun trying out my new 7'3" Heavy action Enigma rod which I had paired with a jig. Hopefully I can find some big ones on my next trip. But you have to start somewhere.
