This 9 minute clip (out of an hour session) shows Lauren teaching the kids about worm composting. Lauren is a Human Kinetics student at UBC, a certified personal trainer and a member of Canada's National Track Team -- 400 meter hurdles. We didn't show the children's faces on camera because we would have needed to ask  permission from their parents first.
