Here we are at Highland Avenue crossing in Orangeburg, where we see CSX Train Q410, a northbound mixed freight, as it blows for the crossing and trips the Orangeburg Defect Detector on the Conrail River Line. Tonight's consist is AC60CW 644 on the point with AC44CW 1 Spirit Of West Virginia trailing with a 100 car mixed freight. Enjoy the sound of the voice of the detector and the horn from the 644. Unfortunately, like most of the detectors on the River Line, the word "Conrail" has been removed from the announcement. If you have any questions about the video, feel free to message me. Comments are welcome. The video was taken on February 7th, 2009.
