The National Rifle Association has a message for doctors and nurses who are calling for gun control: "Stay in your lane." it all started with social media posts following the mass shooting at a country music bar in southern California. Some members of the Baltimore medical community see the effects of gun violence on a daily basis. Like many other medical facilities, Sinai Hospital, trains for mass casualties. Dr. Lisa Kirkland, an emergency department doctor at Sinai, said the emergency room sees gunshot victims weekly, if not daily.
