Yahoo Sports reports Dez Bryant refuses Roy Williams request to pick up his pads after practice, and rightfully so. You are there to play Football and win a championship, not ass kiss the guy you're about to replace. Rookie Hazing makes no sense these days, taking things to an extreme instead of just poking slight fun at new guys.

People work too damn hard professionally and in their personal life, just to have someone tell them to act on command, people have pride. If vets don't like it, go cry your big ass in a corner. So damn sensitive when playing a tough sport.
