On today's show Autism Mom Shannon Penrod welcome Sheelah Peterson and Kelly Ryan from California State University Northridge's chapter of the National Student Speech Language Hearing Association.  CSUN is preparing to host an event titled, "More Like You Than Not" with guest presenters Larry Bissonette and Tracy Thresher, stars of the critically acclaimed documentary "Wretches and Jabberers".   Caroline Wilson, Executive Director of the Autism Society of Los Angeles visits to encourage support for the "Self-Determination" Bill, which is currently sitting on Governor Jerry Brown's desk waiting for a signature. Wilson also provides an update as to what the Autism Society of Los Angeles is doing about the new Disney Guest Assistance Policy.  Matt Asner from Autism Speaks responds to mail about his statements last week and share info on a townhall meeting to provide information about employment for individuals on the spectrum.  Shannon shares news stories about Ernie Els golf tournament, Darryl Hannah's diagnosis of Autism and Jet Blue's new Autism program.
