Agri-SA says land expropriation should not happen without compensation

Expropriation of land in South Africa is critical, but it should not happen without compensation.  So says Agri-South Africa, which pleaded its case before Parliament's Constitutional Review Committee earlier today. The National African Farmers' Union however disagreed entirely, and supported the call for the expropriation of land without compensation.
