[00:00:00] Hey, barbecue fans change, refrigerators, barbecue. We get asked all the time. What are some of our barbecue philosophies? And first and foremost, we like to keep it simple. We pull it all down to three simple principles. It's all about salt, smoke and meat. My grandfather started the barbecue back in the 70s You know what? Let's all use salt, smoke and meat to achieve fantastic product. Every time you barbecue in its origin, it is a simple process of fire, smoke and meat. And when you fly just a little bit of seasoning, the right technique and the right amount of heat and smoke to eat a sort of kind of meat. It automatically makes it better. It doesn't have to be complicated. It doesn't have to have a hundred and fifty different ingredients to be amazing. Be coming to the architect’s state barbecue fest for the past couple years, and you guys are big fans of smoke and sauce. And we're glad. It's been a big hit. Every year we brought it out. [00:00:59] You guys also love the whole purpose, Rob and the new mood enhancer rep that we release. But what do you do? A couple of tips and tricks on how to use our sauce to its greatest benefit. Our smoky sauce. Smith is a finishing song. It's great on chicken, great arm pork, great arm beef. But it was really designed when I made this to be a finishing softs for ribs and chicken. We built it for the competition trail, but we also want to make it easy for you to use in your home. So the last 15 minutes or so cooking, you want to take this sauce slathered on your ribs so your chicken and he get it about fifteen minutes on the grill, really soak up that smoke and set on there and get a really nice, good glaze if you like it. Extra sauce. You like me? Hit it one more time and then you're going to get a nice thick layer, that tangy, smoky sauce that that really fits the bill and fills in those gaps for that ribs and the chicken. You guys come out and see us again this year. Straight. But we'll get more information about us, for fuck's sake. Barbecue tussle. Check out the Web site right here. You got all the information you need about us. The barbecue festival and some of the messages that are going to be there this year. We're going to be there. And we'll serve you some of the best barbecue you've ever had. It may need. It may take. Shane Drapers BBQ at Kentucky State BBQ Festival in Danville KY Barbecue Pitmaster:
