Part 81 Taking a look at the Soviet Union we can see what an up hill battle we face. Despite a massive shortage of oil the Soviet union has around 5-6 million men in the field across the world the major of which are fighting in Europe and there is no hope of grinding them down with over 20 million reserve for them to call upon. Three things need to happen in order for victory to be possible.

1. A stable defense in Europe (Hopefully before they reach the Empire line)
2. Victory across Asia where the majority of Allied forces are located
3. Mass production of Atomic weapons

If even one of these isn't achieved there is little to no hope of victory against the Russian bear
