This guy was looking for about 15 minutes unaware he was being filmed then after he copped an attitude ,so I called the police,the asshole refused to apologize so made his wife do it for him.I did not check the basket but he seemed to take something and put it in his basket,this is nott he first time people have taken stuff and it wont be the last. When I stopped him from leaving by grabbing his bike he then accused me of stealing his bike,then when the police asked him to visit their comfy car ,he then said I would steal his bike,he had some fucking cheek this prick.
