Malians on Sunday voted in a second round of presidential elections. Incumbent president Ibrahim Boubacar Keita is facing off against opposition leader Soumaïla Cissé. Voting is due to close in around an hour's time. CGTN's Peninah Karibe is in the capital, Bamako, and filed this report.
