In this sponsored video, Sergio & Banks' Melissa Govedarica recently showed me around a new six-flat which was nearing completion at 1846 N California Ave in Logan Square / West Bucktown. The six-flat has proved immensely popular with Chicagoans over the years. This one features 4 simplex and 2 duplex units, with rents starting at $1,500 a month. The units have condo-quality finishes, in-unit washers and dryers, balconies or patios, and the rent includes garage parking.
