Strange noises turn up the volume, or use headphones

I went out for a walk at 3:30 Am on Thursday, August 23rd 2012 When I stepped outside I started to hear weird noises. The roads were quiet crickets were chirping, and dog were barking. I repeat nobody was out when I took this video. I sat down on the sidewalk for a minute recording the weird noise. Let me know if you hear it, and let me know if you heard similar things. I live in a town west of Atlanta Ga, called Powder Springs.
