Learn to upgrade EZCast DUO so you can plug and play the latest iPhone, Android, Windows and Mac laptops with newest operating systems.

First setup the dongle normally by plugging it into TV's HDMI port

Then plug in USB cable for power

Make sure you press the button on EZCast DUO to switch it to Airplay & Setup mode

Then use EZCast app to upgrade the dongle.
