Simply type "group policy" in the search box and hit enter. Local Group Policy Editor will Open. Double click on the folder " Use configuration" and then on the folder "Administrative Folder". Now you will see the option "All Settings"  double click on it to expand. All Settings page will Open with a long list. If you scroll a bit, you will see the Option "Prevent deletion of Printers" Double click on it and a new window will Open. Here by default "Not Configured" Option is selected. All we need to do is Select "Enabled" and click on OK. Let's do that.

That's it. You have successfully disabled deletion of printers in Windows 10.
