Healthy food.. We all know it’s essential to achieve a slim and healthy body. Exercising is also a good way of being healthy .But I want to talk about a healthy eating pattern. Many people still think that eating healthy is complicated and not tasty, but that’s far from true!

I like cooking a lot and trying out new recipes .i always try making tasty, healthy and super delicious food for myself and my family.because I believe LIFE IS TOO SHORT TO EAT FOOD YOU DON’T LIKE. I don’t mean you should have sandwiches, pizzas, burgers, and pasta everyday .NO,I say choose wisely and go for a delicious healthy version.

Living a healthy life doesn’t mean you have to live on a piece of lettuce. Thank god! On the contrary, I want you to enjoy food and I want that food to be good for your body as well. I encourage people to continue eating their guilty pleasures, but than in a healthy way !

So to help you cook healthy food in a tasty and delicious ways, I will sharing my 17 year old journey of trying out and learning new and healthy recipes in the form of short and precise video recipes every 3-4 days (delay:atleast once a week) .so stay tuned in for that .
