From an intensely enthusiastic entrepreneur who ditched his Brazilian VC gig to move to China, only to have the ubiquity of KFC inspire him to open an all-chicken-finger operation, Sticky's Finger Joint is a futuristic ramshackle lunch counter: stark red & white hues, low metallic tables, murals resembling a Beavis & Butthead peyote trip (robots, lightning, severed fingers...), and a red, fuzzed-out, rabbit ear TV.
