If you mention the word, you're considered insane and paranoid. The proper term is geoengineering and Solar Radiation Management (SRM). The US Air Force, the United Nations and other national and international governments will never admit to chemtrail activity, but they do acknowledge geoengineering in which chemtrails fall under.
