Every day while I was visiting Japan, the employees at Megane Super optical store across from Akihabara station would stand out in front the store and conduct this ceremony right before they opened at 10:00am.  Unfortunately, at that same time music and other announcements would come over the PA system, which makes for some garbled audio.
