Congress president Rahul Gandhi said that he sought votes by saying he wanted to become the 'chowkidar' of the country but was himself committing theft. Addressing a public rally in Rajasthan's Jhalawar, the home turf of Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje, Mr Gandhi also alleged that Mehul Choksi deposited money in bank accounts of Arun Jaitley's daughter.
