Here is the second edited video from the livestream where I gave a sneak peek of what some of my Patreon https://www.patreon.com/ChemKnits rewards would look like!  I dyed a KnitPicks Sock Yarn http://shrsl.com/uva9 (affiliate link) with a PAAS color whip kit.  We got some really amazing fun swirls of colors in the blank. VIDEO CONTENTS:
[0:00] Introduction.  The yarn (fingering weight 75% superwash merino / 25% nylon) was presoaked for a couple of hours in plain tap water + 3 T white vinegar. (30 min of presoaking is sufficient) 
[1:19] Whipping up the foam
[2:00] Spreading the foam onto a cookie sheet and adding the color
[4:40] mixing up the color
[6:02] Dyeing the yarn
[7:34] Steaming the yarn for 20 min on a stovetop
[9:11] rinsing and washing the yarn
[10:44] the finished dry yarn and conclusions.
