Global Warming Agreement Reached at G8 Summit

U.S. President Barack Obama says industrialized and developing countries have reached a historic consensus on the need for prompt action to deal with global warming. Mr. Obama made the comment Thursday in Italy at the summit of the so-called Group of Eight. As Paula Wolfson reports from the summit site in L'Aquila, Thursday's consensus was reached at a meeting between the G8 and leaders of major emerging economies.
