Tutorial using deck of scarlet collaboration with YouTuber Evon Wahab

Today I give you guys a halo eye tutorial, meaning that the inner and outer corners of the eyes are JUST as dramatic. I picked up this technique from Jaclyn Hill's new makeup tutorial using the Jeffree Star Androgyny palette, which ironically includes some of the same shades as this makeup tutorial! This maroon and orange smokey eye, with dark turquoise liner,  is something fun. Dramatic makeup is my favorite, so feel free to leave me any crazy makeup tutorial suggestions!
