Scallop cooked in shell.  Tasty small pdishes of seafood was served at an Izakaya (traditional Japanese pub) in Hakodate, Hokkaido in Japan.  One of the dishes I ordered was this tasty and fresh scallop cooked in its own juices and a small dollop of butter.  The scallop was served in its own shell and cooked over an open flame for a minute or two.
