This is the second pack of beef jerky that I get to try on video.  Their smoky grilled Teriyaki in pork was different then the beef jerky I have tried in the past.  It was a little drier, but had a nice sweet and sticky coating on the outside.  When I try beef jerky I look at the texture, color and flavor and compare it to other jerky I have had in the past.  True beef jerky like you see in the old westerns are dryer and harder to chew!  I like it when it is tender with some resistance to the chew so I get the real jerky chew.
