On 3 June a team of UNEP experts, together with lcao counterparts and the Chairman of Gokhana LGA undertook an investigation of impacted estuarine ecosystems in Gokhana local governoment authority. The investigation illustreated the extent to which the local government authority has been clearly impacted by oil contamination.
