Review and High Seas Battle Footage and Commentary.  The Konigsberg doesn't really shine on paper, but you can be effective with this ship if you play to its strengths of great gun range, rate of fire, and good mobility.  You can't absorb a lot of damage with your low health pool so try not to get hit would you? :)
