Feb. 5 (Bloomberg) -- Buzzy Geduld, chief executive officer of Cougar Trading, talks with Bloomberg's Margaret Brennan about the civil fraud case filed yesterday by New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo against former Bank of America Corp. Chief Executive Officer Ken Lewis and ex-Chief Financial Officer Joe Price and the company itself.
Cuomo, in court filings, claims they allegedly deceived investors and taxpayers in 2008 by not disclosing losses at Merrill Lynch & Co. before shareholders voted on the firm's pending takeover. (Source: Bloomberg)
