Johannesburg, 23 October 2014 - The QuadPara Association believes Oscar Pistorius should take up a new cause -- championing the rights of disabled prisoners.The International Paralympic Committee has banned the athlete from competing after he was sentenced to five years in jail for killing his girlfriend.
