John Crawford III was murdered in a Dayton, OH Walmart in 2014.  The surveillance footage showed that he never had a chance to surrender peacefully; the police officer shot him immediately.  Ronald Ritchie set the circumstances in motion when he called 911 and lied about Crawford's actions.  A judge has finally decided that there is enough probable cause to charge Ritchie with a crime.
