I couldn't sleep so I decided to spend a day (or two) on this Piggyback plugin that I found. It's currently in a near stable and compatible state with Slender Fortress. But there's still some adjustments to do. You must be on RED in order to Piggyback. The target and yourself must allow Piggybacking in order for it to work. You simply walk aim for their back and right click. Jumping allows you to get off.

Players can toggle allow / disallow piggy backing with sm_piggy and can also use sm_pdrop to get rid of a piggy backer.
