The Cetacea High Force Locking Retractor has the same specifications as the non-locking model but locks so you can prevent the cord snapping back. It has a Stainless Steel Snap wire gate clip mount with nylon coated Kevlar cable and has included split ring built to retain high levels of force.

The Cetacea's High-Force Locking Retractor with 360° Swivel Clip keeps your accessories safe and secure. The Retractor Extends up to 32 inches with 24oz retraction force, So strong enough to hold any console while providing full arms extension for navigation.
 
The auto-recoil device allows for quick and easy access to equipment secured to BCD or weight belt and the Retractor is equipped with a quick-release clip with split ring for attachment of accessories or console.
