Phantom catamaran ... dead !

Here is my first rc boat, Phantom catamaran, but after a while my esc was dead... I think water cooling didn't work very well .... i dont know why ! I will try with another esc... i hope this one will survive. My motor is 1500KV 3656 (same as supervee 27 brushless) , ELE E-Hobby-B-60A ESC OPTO, and 2x 2S lipo 4000 Mah connected in serial (4S - 4000 Mah) and finally 3A UBEC Output 5V/3A and 6V/3A switchable ext. BEC.
