February 12, 1995 - Seattle SuperSonics guard Gary Payton made passing the first, second, and third priority at the 1995 NBA All-Star Game, scoring just 6 points but racking up 15 assists (Editor's Note: Only 14 assists are shown above - there seemed to be a gap in footage between the moment Marv Albert declared Payton having 13 assists and the 15th to Mutombo with seconds remaining).

Magic Johnson holds the single game record for assists in an All-Star Game. Johnson delivered 22 assists during the 1984 contest.
