A short test I shot using my iPhone 4S. It's about a minute and a quarter long shot in 1080p mode with focus shifting and autoexposure working on it. the dimensions of the video file are 1920x1080 (i'll assume its progressive) using a H.264 video and AAC audio codec. There was one audio channel and a total bit rate if 23,962 (whatever that means!) sorry about the focus at the end but I thought it did a pretty good job for a camera phone. The total file size (RAW) was 218.4mb for that 1'13" video. just thought i'd share. please leave comments below.
