- Fiqh-e-jaffari was Formalized by Imam Jaffer as-Sadiq but it is essentially the Fiqh of the Prophet
- Hadith of the 6th Imam States that all his Hadith came from His Father, who got it from His Grandfather and so on until it eventually leads back to the Prophet
