It is not origins, not skin colour, nor religion that count in sports. Sports has an educating character, an integrative force and a deep social impact. With the aid of Anpfiff ins Leben e.V., a non-profit sports organization that accompanies children, teenagers and people with disabilities into life, Stefanie Kunzelnick demonstrates which social challenges can be overcome by means of sport. The association can rely on a strong network of sports clubs, schools, social organizations and businesses which pave new ways for a sustainable future in terms of their Corporate Social Responsibility. Stefanie Kunzelnick has a bachelor's degree in International Management, and, parallel to her professional tasks, completed a master's degree in Sustainable Management and CSR Management (M.A.) as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Germany, Austria, Great Britain and the USA. She works as a freelance lecturer for Sustainability and CSR Management, and as a consultant for companies and non-profit organizations in the aforementioned areas. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at http://ted.com/tedx
