Gran Turismo 6 is coming to PlayStation 3 this holiday season and a demo is scheduled to hit in July. Google announced Google Play game services, which will use Google Plus to provide leaderboards, achievements and other services similar to Apple's Game Center across Android, iOS and web-based platforms. Ubisoft's sales for the fiscal year are up, driven by the Assassin's Creed and Far Cry franchises, and the company has indefinitely suspended development on 1666 — its in-development title with designer Patrice Desilets, which it recently acquired in the THQ liquidation auction.
