This is a pretty typical movie theater in metro Manila, Philippines. Review: As a filmmaker myself, I don't like to criticize or hate on movies, but this movie is a disappointment and not for the usual reasons people don't like Dolph Lundgren films. The film is advertised as starring Dolph Lundgren, Vinnie Jones, and Randy Couture but two unknown actors that play wannabe big shot drug dealers get the most screen time. Dolph is basically a supporting character that plays a straight-laced agent that gets no character depth. Randy gets a little more screen time as a dirty cop and very much looks the part and it could have been interesting to explore his character and get into the darkness of it, but that doesn't happen. Vinnie Jones actually gets 2nd billing but he is really in this film very little and his character seems randomly thrown in and pointless. At the end of the video where I say, "I don't even know why they would show this in Manila," what I really mean is that I don't know why they would show it because I don't think there would be much of an interest in it here. I love that they show a lot of movies in theaters here that typically go straight to video in America. When I originally wanted to get into movies, these were the types of movies I wanted to do. It is interesting to think that my movie Ang Turkey Man ay Pabo Rin is better and people enjoy it more than these formulamatic films.
