President of Latvia Raimonds Vejonis called for Russia to be held accountable for its aggressive actions against neighbors. Ha made this statement at the UN General Assembly on September 20, 2017. "Unjustified aggression by Russia against its neighbors is a serious violation of international security rules, and every aggressor who inflames and supports these conflicts must be held responsible for the violation of international law," the Latvian President stressed.
