In this surprise Battle of the Chancellorsville Campaign we follow up our victory at the Battle of Chancellorsville by leading General Sedgwick’s Corps attack on the Confederate Rear at the Battle of Salem Church following his defeat of General Ewell at the Second Battle of Fredericksburg. This battle really caught me off guard as it wasn’t listed as part of the Union Campaign in the Ultimate General: Civil War material I had previously seen.
