In this part, we get two Secret Stars.

These are the Power Stars obtained in this part:

Toad Star #3: The final Power Star obtained from a Toad. Talk to the one that's near Tick Tock Clock's entrance. It will give you a Star.

Wing Mario Over the Rainbow (Red Coins): This is a lot of people's most difficult Star to collect, along with Rainbow Ride's 100-Coin Star. This one isn't really "hard". I would say it takes a while to get, though. Using the Cannons and the Wing Cap, you need to fly around from cloud to cloud collecting the Red Coins. It took me a while to find the last two. After all 8 are collected, a Star will appear.
